Shipping & Returns Policy
Every order is usually shipped out within 2~3 business day from receiving the order.
If shipping delay occurs, we will inform customers of the issue within 48 hours.
All of our products from [Stylefollow] are shipped from Korea.
Customers can choose shipping method based on destination country. (K-Packet / UPS)
We are unable to ship to the following address: P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO.
Shipping cost is calculated from Korea to the destination country.
Custom Inspection
- Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item.
- You have to pay the taxes and duties imposed on each country by yourself.
- When we ship the product you ordered and arrive in your country, customs will contact you and you may have to pay customs and taxes.

Return Policy
- You may return any un-opened merchandise for a full refund or exchange.
- Return shipping cost is not covered unless we send the wrong or defective product.
- We accept returns anytime within 30 days period from the receipt, but we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
Refund Policy
- We have a 45-day refund policy. If you don't receive your order within 45 days since the shipment date, we will give you a full refund or re-shipment of the order with a tracking number.
- This policy only applies to orders that are presumably "lost" during the delivery process.
- We cannot give a full refund if, for example, you wrote the wrong shipping address, you miss the package because of your absence. In that case, we'll offer you a partial refund (total order cost - shipping fee).
Packaging
- As we ship internationally, we always do our best to pack safely and firmly.
- We use bubble wrap several times to wrap each item, and then we pack them in paper boxes.
- Light and a low-volume products can be packed in polybags.
- All packaging processes are CCTV video recording and weighed for each package.
- Through this, we always try to deliver exactly what customer ordered.
